MEMBERSHIP INFO

NALCP has two membership options supporting the organization- Members and Associate Members. This page provides an overview of options, pricing, benefits and contact information both Members and Associate Members. NALCP Members include licensing professionals from various industries including restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels, grocery and other retail services.

Membership Criteria

1. Member (Voting) –  NALCP is a retail tier organization. All membership applications are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of its Board. Any applicant affiliated with either the manufacturing or whole tiers may be denied Membership. Generally speaking, members are businesses that hold at least one (1) on and/or off premises retail liquor license required to operate a retail store, retail restaurant, bar, hotel, venue or other hospitality or entertainment retail business involving the sale of alcoholic beverages (defined as a  “Member-Type Business”); Each Member has one vote but may have an unlimited number of Email ListServe participants and attendees at the Annual Conference.

2. Associate Member (Non-Voting) – Any law firm, agency, consultant, association, vendor, service provider or other entity interested in supporting the Licensing & Compliance profession and NALCP. Although Associate Members have no voting rights within NALCP or NALCP Email ListServe access, in addition to other Membership benefits, we invite and encourage them to attend the NALCP annual conference as well as any other social functions associated with the conference. All membership applications are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of its Board. Any applicant affiliated with either the manufacturing or whole tiers may be denied Membership.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER – $675 per year

  • Annual Conference Attendance (Note: Conference registration fees are additional and not included in membership dues - See Conference tab for Conference details)
  • Business Development Opportunities 
Additional Membership Guidelines:
  • Membership Year is January 1 to December 31st
  • Membership fees due by March 1st  or member account will become inactive
  • $100 late fee for renewal dues not paid by March 1st 
  • Notices of membership renewal fees sent December prior to the new year 
  • NALCP reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke membership to any individual and/or company
